Pricing questions
What counts as a location?
One venue with its own router or controller: a café, a hotel, an office floor managed by one gateway. Access points and guests at that location are unlimited.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes: one location and one device, with free access, vouchers and monitoring, for as long as you like. Guests see a small “Powered by MojoWiFi” note on the login page.
What happens after the free trial?
Your plan keeps its settings. Until you choose to pay, the Free plan's limits apply: nothing you set up is switched off.
Which currency will I pay in?
Indian businesses are billed in rupees (plus 18% GST); everyone else in US dollars. The prices shown follow your location, and you can switch above.
Is hardware included?
No, plans cover the software. Use your own UniFi, MikroTik or Omada gear, or request a preconfigured kit.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes: yearly billing gives you two months free.
Can I charge guests for Wi-Fi?
Today you can sell or hand out voucher codes. Online payments for Wi-Fi access are coming soon.
