Terms of service

These terms govern your use of MojoWiFi's website, dashboard and guest Wi-Fi service. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

The service

MojoWiFi provides software to run guest Wi-Fi login pages and manage access on supported network hardware. Features marked "soon" are not yet available and may change.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your account secure and your team's access appropriate.
• Use the service lawfully, including laws on public Wi-Fi, data protection and guest identification that apply where your venue is.
• Show guests terms of use that fit your venue, and handle their requests about their data.

Trials, plans and payment

Plans are priced per location as shown on our pricing page. Trials are free and don't need a card. Paid plans renew each billing period until cancelled; taxes may apply.

Hardware

Hardware kits are quoted and sold separately. Manufacturer warranties apply; delivery and return terms are given with each quote.

Availability

We work hard to keep MojoWiFi available but can't guarantee uninterrupted service; planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending the service

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
